For real? Could this kid get any cuter? He's 1 now. And I was lucky because my fellow photographer friends who all took the same class, get together once a month to shoot for fun. It just happened to be on his birthday. So I skipped dumping him off at a sitter and took him for the shoot. So glad I did! I had to first stop off at Target and get a new outfit because I hadn't done laundry. Nice. So here's my boy. I'm in love with him. Who wouldn't be? And I love these shots. This second one, is his poker face. Anyone who tries to interact with him or make him smile gets this face. Nothing. Straight nothing. So his uncle nicknamed him pokerface. Fits. And that little tongue that is poking out. Captured! Love it. I'm so glad I learned photography, because, like you've heard me say before. THIS is why I bought my camera.
I'm booking limited number of sessions. I will be shooting on Tuesday and Saturday afternoons only. If you want to book send me an e-mail and I'll get you on the list. Once I'm booked, I'm done for the season. E-mail me!
Another reason why I love my camera. I see this almost nightly, and I wanted it captured exactly as it was. And this is exactly what it looks like, color casts and all. (my dad and husband made their bed--isn't it the coolest?)
When it rains in Arizona, we don't run away from it, we run in it. The rain caused me to cancel a client shoot, but it made for a fun day with my kids. Our house is on a little hill so there were no puddles, so we went down to the church parking lot.
And Played.
(the shots I'm in were taken by my fantabulous husband)
