Long time no post
Yes I dropped off the face of the earth. Truth is I'm pregnant and now just starting to emerge from the first trimester sickness stage. I didn't want to do anything. No laundry, no photography, no computer, nothing. But now that I'm starting to get my groove back I may be showing up more often. So I shot this couple and their son downtown. How cute are they? And that kid--his eyes, you've got to be kidding me. We lucked out and got a cloudy day so we got to get some shots I didn't think we could get. Check them out. Oh, and as always, tell me your favorite. I like the input.

I am always impressed by your skills. I have been reading your blog for a while now. I wish you were near to me! Anyway, I just recently purchased Adobe Elements if you are familar with this program what is the best tutorial or way to learn how to edit my pics. I have noticed recently that photo editing can make the difference between a good and great photo. I start but have no idea what to do. I even tried to buy actions but have no idea how or if I can install them with my elements program. You can email me or post to my blog. Lauraall at aol dot com. Do you have a basic formula you recommend? How do you get the borders etc..

Good to see you're back posting and alive after that first trimester. I haven't posted for about a week and people think that I had the baby. Better post something and correct everyone. I am excited that you are having another. We just have to stay on track with each other so we can have bundles of kids together. Congrats Jill.
BTW, I like the tight shot on the little boy. You're right, killer eyes and you caught them beautifully.

Request: When you post tell the location of where you are.
I am an obsessed amateur photographer of my three kids and I would love to "copy" some of these in the same location. I'd love to know where you go. Pretty please?

They are ALL so great and it's fun to see your work again! I LOVE to see your awesome creativeness and want to steal all your great ideas! Anyhow, the second and fourth are my favs.....but seriously, I love them all! Don't you just love to photograph beatuiful people? It really helps and these three look like they could come out of a magazine or something! Great location too! Glad you're back.....maybe someday I will be too! :)

Jill, the pictures are amazing. You are so good at what you do. I love the cool places that you find the take the pictures and then the ideas you have for each picture are incredible. You are one very talented girl. I think my favorite is the one of the little boy looking around the corner at his parents. Perfect timing if you ask me.
